2. Section 1 does not apply to a medication delivered in the manufacturer’s original container, provided that the following conditions are met:

(1)  the veterinary surgeon who prepares a prescription has entered on the label of such medication: the name, address and telephone number of the establishment or, if he does not use an establishment name, the name of the person preparing the prescription and the prescription number;

(2)  the information referred to in paragraph 5 of section 1 appears on the container;

(3)  the medication is intended for licence use.
